Booking Guidelines At Dos Santos Driving Services, we make booking your ride simple and reliable. Please take a moment to review our quick booking guidelines to help ensure a smooth experience. ✅ Book in Advance We recommend booking your ride at least 24 hours ahead to guarantee availability. Same-day rides may be accepted based on driver availability. 💳 Payments We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved payment platforms. Some long-distance or custom trips may require a deposit. 🕒 Cancellations & Changes Plans change — we understand! Please make any changes or cancellations at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup to avoid fees. 🚘 Delays If you’re running late, just let us know! Extra waiting time may result in a small fee after a brief grace period. 🔒 Safety & Comfort Your safety is our priority. Seat belts are required, and we maintain a smoke-free, respectful environment in all DSDS vehicles.
