Refund Policy
At Dos Santos Driving Services (DSDS), we value your business and strive to provide professional, reliable transportation every time. We understand that plans can change, so we’ve outlined our refund and cancellation policy below to ensure clarity and fairness for both our customers and our drivers.
1. Cancellations by the Customer

Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund.

Partial Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover driver preparation and scheduling costs.

No Refund: If the driver arrives at the pickup location and the passenger does not show up or fails to cancel in advance, the ride will be considered a no-show and will not be refunded.
2. Cancellations by DSDS

In the rare event that Dos Santos Driving Services must cancel a scheduled ride due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, vehicle issues, or emergencies), customers will receive a full refund or may reschedule at no additional cost.
3. Delays and Service Interruptions
We make every effort to arrive on time. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control, such as traffic, road closures, or weather conditions. Refunds will not be issued for such delays, but we will always do our best to accommodate your needs.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original form of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
